BACKGROUND
For many years I bluffed my way through the corporate world which I didn’t like and it did not like me. This led to a pretty unhealthy lifestyle of bad diet, high stress, drinking too much, and no movement practice. Then I started training with a friend who opened a PT studio and got hooked on functional movement. From there I spent 3 years in Japan studying and teaching Yoga. That changed everything for me.
What did I want to be when I grew up? I had no fucking idea what I wanted to be growing up (maybe I still don’t) but this has led to me trying a lot of new things and having the most amazing experiences. I believe the best days, weeks, and years are still to come.
PHILOSOPHY
If you can eat well, move well and breathe well you have a great life!
