BACKGROUND
I’ve played rugby league mostly my whole life and hope to make the most of it and have had a love for it since my dad threw me a footy.
I joined a gym when I was a teenager to gain self-confidence as I was always one of the bigger (chunky) kids, and to improve my physical and mental strength/health. I love training people as it helps them to become the best version of themselves, and I get to see their personal improvement each and every day. Coming to The Real Body Movement, I’ve learned a lot and it has opened a whole new world of training which has helped me with my own training and knowledge.
